Robbie the Robot greeted you when you came into the club Paradise Garage. The club was filled with an installation of his paintings, sculpture and video projections. Larry Levan was the DJ. John Sex and the Bodacious Tata’s performed. Madonna performed 'Like a Virgin' and 'Dress You Up'. It was 2 weeks before the record’s release. One of her outfits was designed by Stephen Sprouse and painted by Keith Haring.
